I've had a thing for knives ever since I was a kid. They're not just tools — they're essential. Whether you're out in the wild or cooking over an open flame, a solid knife makes all the difference. I started Knife n Spice in 2023 because I needed a blade that could handle the tough stuff — slicing through thick cuts of meat, chopping fresh vegetables, and standing up to real use. Every knife I make is handcrafted, built to last, and made to work hard. And because no good meal is complete without bold flavor, I created a line of smoked spices — slow-smoked for 75 hours to pack in deep, rich aroma and taste. This isn’t just gear — it’s what I use, and now I’m sharing it with others who cook like I do.
